In the first part of this workshop experience a powerful guided journaling exercise and meditation that will take you on a journey to find and define your highest vibration feeling for 2023. You’ll translate that into your word or phrase for the year. Then find a shape and color that goes with your feeling accessing the wisdom of your intuitive self with creative doodling and splashing of water-color paints. (No previous art experience required!!!)
Next get your whole being into the energy of your word — I’ll take some photos of you embodying your word to print out on the spot so you can include images of yourself in the Vision Board. Spend the afternoon creating with the endless oodles of images at the studio, your own painted doodles, pics of yourself as well as glitter, feathers, rhinestones, ribbons etc.!
We’ll have a final witnessing ceremony where you will get the chance to give voice to your empowered vision for 2023.
Pot luck for lunch: I’ll have a big pot of vegetarian lentil soup and crusty bread — bring a dish to share, or if you are on a special diet bring your own lunch.
