I love all the sage wisdom this book has to offer about the creative process and the chance to practice it over the course of this painting series!

This 7 week class series is a dive into pure spontaneous imagination with the simple tools of brushes, paints and large surfaces to paint on. Learn to befriend your Muse, quell the inner critic and fear monster and develop your courage and persistence to begin or deepen a lifetime of creative energy!

Alongside the painting process we will be reading Elizabeth Gilbert’s FABULOUS treatise on the ways and means of developing your creative powers called “Big Magic: Creative Living Beyond Fear”.

You will learn and practice the mindset that allows your creativity and self expression to pour forth, in the art studio and beyond. You’ll learn to tap into some of the powerful tools of IFS (Internal Family Systems) to work directly with your Inner Critic.
