This is a two part workshop:
Part 1:
9:30am-12:15ish: You will learn about Gelli-plate printing, a fun way to begin a journey in the fascinating world of mono-printmaking. You will experment with mark making, stenciling, color mixing and more all using a rubbery, flexible "gelli plate". Create dozens of backgrounds for you SoulCollage cards or other mixed media project on various types of paper. You will also learn how to create a stencil from a magazine image and create prints from it.
(Lunch break from 12:15ish-1pm) Tables provided outside, bring your own sack lunch)

Part 2:
1:00-4:00pm: Now it all comes together, you’ll be able to make several SoulCollage® cards using your gelli plate prints + magazine images when you dive into the vast collection of images at JuicyCreatives Studio. 45 minutes reserved at the end of the session for witnessing what was created and mini card readings.
Updated Covid-19 Policy:
At this time I am opening the studio only to vaccinated students, proof required. Out of an abundance of caution with the Delta variant, and because locally we are experiencing a high infection rate, the studio will also be following the Palm Beach County and CDC guidelines of wearing a mask indoors in public settings.
Enrollment is limited to 10 students There will be ample room in the studio to keep 6’ distance. Additionally, weather permitting, there will be two tables made available to work outside for periods of time if you need to step outside and take your mask off. However, all instructions and opening closing circles will take place inside.
