In this 8 week in-person studio class (Friday mornings from 10am-1pm) the Art Journal will serve as the container for our wild experimentations and tender explorations. Learn to work with new materials and mediums while also exploring layers of your mind, body, heart and spiritl. We will be working with the soulful map of the psyche created by Carl Jung and using the power of art to tap new levels of insight into ego, personae, shadow, archetype and the unconscious.
Three levels of art journaling we will explore:
Crafting for Calm — learning to use the “pleasure in the making” to find balance and soothe the nervous system.
Wild Exploration — learning to let the inner critic go while trying new techniques and experimenting with materials and art mediums.
Diving for Gold — letting prompts and processes lead you on a journey of self-discovery and healing.

Two open studio sessions are already scheduled for makeups if you need to miss a class — Oct. 17th and Nov. 7th 1:00-4:30.
Updated Covid-19 Policy:
At this time I am opening the studio only to vaccinated students, proof required. Out of an abundance of caution with the Delta variant, and because locally we are experiencing a high infection rate, the studio will also be following the Palm Beach County and CDC guidelines of wearing a mask indoors in public settings.
Enrollment is limited to 8 students There will be ample room in the studio to keep 6’ distance. Additionally, weather permitting, there will be two tables made available to work outside for periods of time if you need to step outside and take your mask off. However, all instructions and opening closing circles will take place inside.

If paying deposit only balance is due on first day of class, or a payment plan can be arranged.
