Let’s slow down and just paint! Discover intuitive painting as a meditative practice and medicine with the power to bring you on a journey across the threshold from Ego to Soul.

Friday mornings 10am-1pm July 7th - August 18th, makeups for missed classes at open studios scheduled for July 22nd & August 12th.
This 7 week series, is a dive into pure spontaneous imagination with the simple tools of brushes and paints. Along the way you will meet and greet characters within that may have historically stood in the way of passionate creative expression or your own authentic presence. You will learn to meet all that arises within with gentleness AND with a paintbrush in your hand! Each week the trust in the process and your own intuition will grow, as well as your wild daring Spirit.
Each student will receive a blank process journal, to record and explore the journey within toward higher levels of self-awareness and self-acceptance. Each session will begin with silent meditation, inviting the inquiry “who is here?”, “who from your inner cast of characters is showing up to be seen and known as you paint today?”
Make up sessions will be available for missed classes.
No previous art experience is expected or required. The emphasis is on each person’s growing willingness to engage in self-inquiry — to first hear, then follow, your creative intuition.
