Saturday night (6-9pm) let your creative spirit soar painting with wild abandon to the scintillating drum beats of Michael Moses.
A guided coaching meditation puts you in touch with dreams, inspirations, and your highest and best wishes for you and the world. As the music helps move the insight into your cells you will "strike-a-pose" an empowered pose. Then we will trace our shadows onto the waiting blank sheets of paper. This outline gives you a compelling place to start your creative journey. The music will move your creative energy along as you fill your figure with shapes colors, words, doodles and oodles of paint. Even if you have NEVER lifted a paint brush before you will find yourself swept into the momentum of free creative expression.
The workshop continues on Sunday from noon - 4pm.
The avatar of your Prismatic Body Painting will take on new and surprising details as the painting and inquiry process continues and deepens. Through writing prompts and other mixed media processes you will discover meaning and messages directly from your Soul.
The workshop ends with a final witnessing, sharing and a magical “blessing of our Prismatic Bodies”, then you get to take your painting home where it will continue to inspire your life.
This is a drug and alcohol free art event for men and women 17 years and up -- no previous art experience is expected or required!
