An Introduction to SoulCollage® and honoring those who have passed with SoulCollage® and Spirit Candles in Melbourne FL at Art More Place!
The Day of the Dead (Dia de Meurtos), in Christian tradition known as "All Souls Day", is one of my most favorite celebrations! On this special day, people the world over create ornate altars in their homes and cemeteries honoring their dead to celebrate the lives they lived.
In this special day of SoulCollage® you will learn all the basics and get a chance to make some completely intuitive cards. Then we will switch gears and create a card for a special person who has passed away and make a spirit candle to honor the light within that person.
Come join us as and create SoulCollage® cards and spirit candles honoring our beloved people! We will get a chance to tell their stories and hear the messages they still have for us.
$75 includes all materials however bring photos of your loved ones to create your collages and bring a sack lunch and/or some nibbles to share.
